Mechanical Subsystems Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Mechanical Subsystems Engineer to join our client's team in Jacksonville, FL. This person will be assisting maintenance in the troubleshooting of hydraulic repairs, suppression systems repair, fuel system repairs, pressurization repairs, landing gear repairs and others. They will be responsible for ensuring repairs are compliant with policies and regulation as well as ensure the aircraft operates properly and safely. This position will pay between $80,000 and $160,000 a year depending upon experience.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree - Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil, Materials, or Structural Engineering

 • Engineer 7+ years' experience in Subsystems

  ○ Landing Gear, Hydraulics, Flight Control Systems

  ○ Fuel Systems, ECS, Support Equipment

Hands on Troubleshooting Experience -"Fleet Maintainer" OR "Service Engineer" Past Air Force experience
