This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate has experience with HVAC, commercial refrigeration, and mechanical system installations and is comfortable managing a mix of service-driven projects and larger installation efforts. The company supports commercial and industrial clients through installation, service, maintenance, and system upgrades, with a strong focus on reliability, responsiveness, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial mechanical projects from preconstruction through completionCoordinate with field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controlsOversee installation of HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, piping, and commercial kitchen equipmentReview project drawings and specifications to ensure scope accuracy and constructabilityAdapt to evolving project conditions, service demands, and timelinesEnsure compliance with safety programs, OSHA standards, and local codesTrack RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentationManage procurement of equipment including HVAC units, refrigeration systems, and mechanical componentsMonitor project progress, installation quality, and system performanceQualifications3+ years of experience in mechanical project management (HVAC/R, refrigeration, or mechanical systems)Experience managing commercial mechanical construction or service-driven installation projectsStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and mechanical piping systemsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and mechanical specificationsProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferredFamiliarity with electrical coordination within mechanical projectsBackground in design-build or fast-paced service environmentsExperience supporting industries such as food service, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial facilitiesExperience with commercial kitchen equipment installationCandidates that complete skills assessments and screening questions will receive priority consideration in the hiring process.BenefitsFull Benefits IncludedFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
