Qualifications
- Proficient engineering application skills through proper understanding and formal training of basic mechanical principles.
- Manufacturing / Assembly knowledge of Mech. Parts
- Mech. Fit check / FAI review and approval of Proto parts / Hart tooled Parts
- Strong knowledge in New Product Introduction processes
- Should be able to handle the Design from concept till production release
- Understand and able to create engineering drawings with the proper standards and principles.
- Experience or education in sheet metal and/or plastics technology.
- Familiar with manufacturing documents (BOM, Assembly Drawings, Deviations, ECOs, etc)
- Effective people and interpersonal skills to be able to work with engineering and manufacturing team members in a concurrent environment.
- Efficient organization and multi-tasking skills to manage various projects simultaneously.
- Process and quality oriented.
- Proficient in various computer software tools such as Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and flow chart programs.
- Strong team player who can handle multiple projects and priorities with little direction from manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
