This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for stability with growth potential in manufacturing.Job Type: Temp to HireThe Mechanical Polisher is responsible for polishing and finishing metal components used in pump, valve, and plate heat exchanger products. This role supports daily production schedules while maintaining quality, safety, and process standards.Mechanical Polisher Duties:• Polish metal sub-components to meet required 3A surface finish standards• Set up and operate polishing equipment following standard operating procedures• Perform quality checks and inspections on completed parts• Meet daily production goals while following safety and quality guidelines• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activitiesSchedule:• Day Shift• Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m.
