$90k-$100k + 6.5% annual bonus + 401(k) match + benefits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering required.
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- Proficiency with 3D CAD, CAM, and data analysis programs for layout and tooling design.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in evaluating and optimizing manufacturing processes, work cells, or machinery.
- Experience with capital investment analysis including ROI calculations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing standards such as ISO 9000, GMP, or ASME preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing processes, work cells, and machinery to improve efficiency and quality.
- Design and implement manufacturing work flows and tooling layouts using CAD software to support process improvement initiatives.
- Lead process improvement projects including capital investments and process validation to increase throughput and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to develop standards, improve safety, and ensure manufacturability.
- Monitor project progress, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate technical findings effectively to cross-functional teams.
