In this role, you will develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance plans for HVAC, compressors, pumps, and other facility equipment, using a CMMS to schedule and prioritize work. You will coordinate with technicians, engineers, and vendors, manage spare parts and documentation, and analyze performance data to drive reliability and safety improvements.
