General Motors is seeking a Mechanical Journeyman to support automotive manufacturing operations within our Skilled Labor team. In this on-site role, you will install, maintain and repair mechanical systems, production machinery and tooling to keep GM’s vehicle and EV lines running safely and efficiently. You will perform diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance, read mechanical drawings, and support equipment upgrades and new installations.
Collaborating in GM’s safety-focused, inclusive and innovative culture, you’ll help drive reliability improvements while gaining exposure to advanced, automated and EV-related manufacturing technologies.
