Mechanical Insulation Estimator

COMMERCIAL MECHANICAL INSULATION + FIRESTOPPING ESTIMATOR

$140K–$200K base + bonus. Direct hire.

A global construction services company is hiring an Estimator for its Las Vegas, NV office.

Job duties

- COMMERCIAL MECHANICAL INSULATION estimating: duct, pipe, equipment, and plumbing insulation in buildings

- FIRESTOPPING at rated wall and floor penetrations, plus fire-rated grease duct wrap, as part of the same scope

- Hospitals, high-rises, other commercial buildings, and data centers, plus some semiconductor and cleanroom scope

- You own your estimates from takeoff to proposal

Requirements

- Experience with commercial mechanical insulation estimating

- Experience estimating fire-stopping at rated penetrations and fire-rated grease duct wrap

- Experience with estimating software such as Bluebeam, OST, PlanSwift, and/or FastEST, etc.
