SENIOR MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR – CONNECTICUT

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates and bids for mechanical construction projects
- Estimate HVAC, process piping, plumbing, and related mechanical systems
- Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and subcontractor/vendor proposals
- Perform quantity takeoffs and develop accurate labor and material costs
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, and operations teams
Qualifications
- 7+ years of mechanical estimating experience
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction costs, materials, and labor
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
