We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Technician to coordinate equipment installations and improvements, and work closely with customers, vendors, and field technicians to solve technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and work on engineering projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate and execute equipment installation, testing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Support and suggest product design changes, equipment modifications, and process improvements.
- Work with customers, vendors, and technicians to resolve issues and coordinate resources.
- Evaluate engineering processes and SOPs to improve quality, productivity, and cost.
- Identify new technologies and opportunities for business development.
- Develop engineering standards, procedures, and reports.
- Support the Director of Engineering with project management and daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, organization, critical thinking, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. xhqgsiq
- AutoCAD and PLC programming experience are a plus.
