- Lead and manage a team of mechanical design engineers for new product development and engineering projects.
- Drive mechanical design, development, and validation of heavy equipment components and systems.
- Must have strong hands-on experience with Creo for 3D modeling, assemblies, and drawings.
- Review engineering designs, CAD models, GD&T, and manufacturing documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, testing, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting quality, cost, and performance targets.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on design best practices.
- Support design reviews, engineering change management (ECN/ECR), and product lifecycle activities.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals, materials, manufacturing processes, and DFMEA.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
