Analyze, design, and evaluate building mechanical systems, and prepare drawings, specifications, reports, and cost estimates. Support project planning and construction, manage projects when assigned, build client relationships, and mentor junior staff.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field and a Professional Engineer (PE) license are required, along with at least 15 years of experience designing building-related mechanical systems. A LEED AP or equivalent sustainability certification and commissioning certification or experience are preferred.
