Looking for an mechanical engineering role at the nation’s leading mission critical firm?
Help grow Raleigh as a hub for the rapidly expanding mission critical sector! We are working with a leading engineering firm expanding its mechanical department within a new office.
Specializing in data center builds, this firm is offering amazing potential for growth and career progression, from early-career engineers through to senior leadership and management.

Why Raleigh?
Raleigh is one of the Southeast’s fastest-growing cities, and the Research Triangle’s mix of tech, life sciences, and top universities (NC State, Duke, UNC) makes it a strong place to build a career. You get a lower cost of living than larger coastal metros, a thriving local food & culture scene, mild weather, an easy airport in RDU, and the mountains and beach both within a few hours’ drive!
The opportunity offers:
- A fast-growing sector: work on projects that underpin the infrastructure behind an increasingly digital world.
- Leading employers: the chance to join a nationally leading and respected firm in the mission critical space.
- Technical depth: exposure to large-scale, complex projects, in collaborative teams where you learn from other disciplines as well as your own.
- Specialist expertise: the opportunity to build experience in a sector attracting substantial investment.
- Flexibility on level: roles at a range of experience levels, from design engineers to senior and management positions, depending on your background and ambitions.
- Competitive benefits: strong salaries (ranges listed on the LinkedIn posting), bonuses, flexible working, and support relocating.

Ideal candidates:
- 2+ years of MEP building design experience
- PE license preferred
Technical ability, ambition, and willingness to learn are a priority over specific experience. Apply today for more information!
