Job TitleCore ResponsibilitiesPlatform Integration & Testing: Designing and testing integrations that bridge physical hardware (actuators, sensors, and structural components) with the ROS2 software stack and PLC-based machine behaviors.Prototype to Production: Iterating and scaling physical products and machine subsystems from early prototyping through full-scale manufacturing.System Design: CAD modeling of automated tooling, jigs, and electromechanical subsystems.Troubleshooting & Field Deployment: Debugging electro-mechanical issues on live hardware, often working directly on the production floor or traveling to customer deployment sites.Key QualificationsExperience: Hands-on experience scaling physical robotics, automation, or complex mechatronic systems.Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling, FEA analysis, and translating physical constraints into software/logic structures.Cross-Disciplinary Knowledge: The ability to debug across the full stack—bridging mechanical assemblies with software.
