The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for developing and creating mechanical designs that meat project requirements and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding up mechanical design principles, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with mechanical, structural, civil, and electrical disciplines.
Responsibilities:

• Design generation and review
• Project scheduling/planning
• Ability to generate and execute technical solutions for client specifications
• Communicate with clients to solve complex design challenges
• Preparation of design proposals
• Provide technical leadership and design oversight as needed
• Ensure design feasibility for fabrication and construction
• Ensure all designs meet safety, quality, and industry regulatory standards
• Collaborate with engineering team for formalize project documents for the construction division

Requirements:

• Related Experience 5+ years
• EIT required
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Proficient with FEA and CAD
• Ability to work with within a team, upper management, and with subordinates
• Strong client relations skills are a must to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to make time sensitive decisions

Preferred:

• OSHA certification
• Related Experience 15+ years
• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Professional Engineering license
• Experience with fabrication and construction
