We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead development of deployment systems for CubeSats and other small size spacecraft.Responsibilities:Design and develop deployment systems and associated mechanisms through test and deliveryTranslate system level requirements into designsAuthor drawings, assembly documentation, and test plansCollaborate with the Program Manager to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverablesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize system performance and reliabilityWork in a team environment involving experts in diverse disciplines (e.g.
