Mechanical Business Program ManagerFII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Mechanical Business Program Manager to manage customer programs and drive successful execution of mechanical engineering and manufacturing initiatives. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the L5 Operations Department in an office/production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The Mechanical Business Program Manager will oversee program timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal operations while assisting this L5 Operations Department as needed.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end program execution for mechanical-focused products and manufacturing initiativesServe as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication of requirements, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to ensure successful program executionDrive program timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet customer and business expectationsSupport new product introduction (NPI) activities including planning, scheduling, and production readinessTrack and manage program risks, issues, and action items to ensure timely resolutionReview engineering changes and ensure proper communication and implementation across teamsMonitor program performance including cost, schedule, quality, and delivery metricsFacilitate cross-functional meetings to align teams and drive accountabilitySupport capacity planning, production ramp, and resource allocation for mechanical programsEnsure alignment between customer requirements and internal manufacturing capabilitiesAssist in continuous improvement initiatives related to program execution and operational efficiencyPrepare and present program updates, reports, and status reviews to internal leadership and customersSupport escalation management and drive resolution of critical program issuesOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required3–5 years of experience in program management, project management, or engineering within a manufacturing environmentMechanical engineering background strongly preferred over electrical engineeringBilingual in Mandarin and English requiredExperience in manufacturing, mechanical design, or product development preferredStrong understanding of NPI processes and manufacturing operationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple programs and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experience with ERP, PLM, or program tracking systems preferredAbility to sit, stand, and walk in an office and production environment and lift up to 25 poundsReasons you should work for us:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Basic life insurance and short-term disability coverage provided by employer.Supplemental life insurance and long-term disability coverage options available.401K with employer contribution.Personal, Vacation, and Holiday paid time off for all full-time employees.Onsite Aurora Health & Wellness Center available for all employees.Employees are continuously encouraged to learn and grow their careers in smart manufacturing.About Foxconn WIFII USA, Inc, a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is a global leader in smart manufacturing and industrial internet services.
