Assembly Technician
- Disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, and rebuild mechanical components to OEM and company quality standards.
- Inspect components using engineering drawings, GD&T, precision measuring instruments, and inspection equipment.
- Replace worn or damaged parts while maintaining critical tolerances and ensuring proper fit and function.
- Assemble, wire, and test motors and electrical components, including crimping, pinning, soldering, and connector installation.
- Clean, lubricate, and install bearings using proper handling and assembly techniques.
- Set bearing preload and bearing configurations using specialized tools, calculations, and manufacturer specifications.
