About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to perform a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations on units and sub-assemblies. You'll follow manufacturing process instructions (MPIs) to complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing, while holding tight tolerances to blueprint specifications.
What You'll Do
- Perform electronic/electro-mechanical assembly on units and sub-assemblies
- Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing process instructions (MPIs)
- Complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
- Make setups and adjustments to meet blueprint tolerances
- Apply judgment to recognize when a deviation from standard procedure is needed
- Operate manufacturing equipment properly and safely
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume assembly manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical assembly skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand English (required for MPIs and instructions)
- Ability to work from verbal instructions, written instructions, drawings, or diagrams
- Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed, beyond a standard 40-hour week
Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, plus required OT/weekends
- Starting Pay: $22.50/hour
- Work Model: On-site
- Eligibility: E-Verify participant
