Mechanical AssemblerJoin a modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Dayton where you'll assemble industrial paint sprayers and pump systems using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, fixtures, and test equipment. You'll work in a small, collaborative team, follow computer-based work instructions, and help keep a smooth, efficient assembly line running.What You'll DoAssemble systems using standardized mechanical assembly techniques.Use hand and power tools including torque tools, fixtures, bench presses, and test equipment.Follow computer-based work instructions to ensure consistent, accurate builds.Work on a small team of 3–4 assemblers, coordinating tasks to meet daily production goals.Assist with labeling and packaging finished products.Interpret blueprints to understand layout, sequence, and quality requirements.Measure and verify components using tape measures and other basic tools.Safely operate drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, and other equipment.Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines.What You Bring3+ months of manufacturing or hands-on tool experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs.Experience with mechanical assembly or production work.Proficiency with hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers).Proficiency with power tools (drills, bench presses).Ability to follow computer-based instructions and standard work procedures.Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of component fit/function.Ability to work effectively in a small team on an assembly line.Preferred QualificationsExperience in general labor, production, or manufacturing.Familiarity with torque tools, fixtures, and test equipment.Previous mechanical assembly experience.Comfort in a fast-paced, team-based environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies.Work EnvironmentYou'll work in a brand-new, well-lit, state-of-the-art facility equipped with modern tools and equipment.Small team assembly (3–4 people).Use of hand tools, power tools, torque tools, fixtures, bench presses, and test equipment.Structured, computer-based work instructions and standardized processes.Clean, organized, and designed for efficiency and comfort.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
