You will use your skills to read blueprints, schematics, and other documentation to build products accurately and efficiently.Location: Plano, TXSchedule: 1st Shift - Monday-Friday 6:30AM-3:00PM - OT as requested 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday 2:30PM-11PM - OT as requestedPay rate: 1st Shift $19/ 2nd Shift $20.90Responsibilities:Assembles machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and more according to instructions.Reads blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, then builds to those specifications.Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.Performs quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.Troubleshoots and resolves assembly issues or defects.Team Player: Keeps jobs on track, reports issues, and supports your peers, especially during high-demand periods.Adaptable: Embraces new tasks and challenges as they arise, showcasing your flexibility and dedication.Requirements:1+ year of Assembly experienceDetail Oriented and consistentAbility to read and understand blueprints and schematicsIndependent and Collaborative: Capable of working alone and thriving in a team environment.Safety-Conscious: Always aware of and engaged in health and safety practices.Ability to read, write, and speak English.
