Lead Mechanical AssemblerThomson Power Systems is seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Assembler to provide technical leadership for the mechanical assembly operations supporting our switchgear and power distribution products.This role combines hands-on assembly responsibilities with coaching, training, troubleshooting, and process improvement activities.Position OverviewAs a Lead Mechanical Assembler, you will serve as the technical expert and coach for mechanical assembly operations.
