This role is best suited for someone who is confident working with tools and equipment, troubleshooting issues, and handling mechanical tasks with minimal supervision. Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to learn quickly.Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pmPay: $18.50/hrJob DutiesUse of hand tools, power tools and basic measuring tools to produce quality productsFollow all safety policies, regulations, and proceduresPosition requires work duties be performed in a manufacturing/warehouse settingTroubleshooting machinerySkills and Qualifications of the Manufacturing Associate:Two or more years' experience in related industry or fieldStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experienceComfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring toolsExperience troubleshooting/repairing equipment or machineryReliable attendance and strong work ethicAble to work independently and take initiativeMust be able to multi-task and prioritize in a time sensitive manner with strong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to do some heavy lifting (50#), bending, and standing for long periods in a warehouse work settingTeam player mindset requiredMust be able to work in a hot (non-climate controlled) work environment and wear steel toe boots.Benefits once hired in!Health, Dental, & Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)This is a drug-free workplace.
