What You'll Do

• Assemble custom automated machinery, systems, and mechanical subassemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, assembly prints, and bills of materials
• Install bearings, gearboxes, motors, chains, belts, pneumatic components, and other mechanical systems
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Test completed machines, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and make necessary adjustments
• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to complete high-quality custom equipment

What We're Looking For

• Experience with machine building, machine assembly, mechanical assembly, industrial maintenance, or similar mechanical work
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical assembly drawings
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
