The facility employs approximately 60 people, with a small group of about two assemblers in this team, fostering a focused and collaborative atmosphere. You will work primarily with industrial mechanical components, pumps, and fabricated metal parts, using hand and power tools, drills, welding and cutting equipment, grinders, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and rulers. The schedule is either 1st shift from 6:00am - 2:30pm or 2nd shift, from 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime available as needed to support production demands. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and safe operation of tools and equipment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of EXTON, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
