Wildflower is seeking a high-production Master to lead in-house Mechanical and Plumbing operations for our development team in Marquette, MI. This is not a service role; it’s a high octane production line. We produce 80+ housing units/build season in our markets.

Job Description

You will function as the single point of accountability for all mechanical and plumbing systems from rough-in to completion for 30+ units a build season.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sprint: Drive a relentless 4-6 unit/month pace across the development sites.
• In-House Execution: Lead, train, and work alongside an internal team minimizing external reliance and ensuring maximum QC.
• Systems Mastery: Implement and standardize high-efficiency production plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Site Coordination: Collaborate daily with Jobtread/Site Project Manager to sync with framing and finishing schedules.
• QC & Compliance: Ensure all installs meet the "Wildflower Standard" and adhere strictly to State of MI code.

THE CATCH

This is a ‘work until the job is done’ role. When the schedule is met, the time is your own. If the schedule slips, weekends are mandatory until we are back on track.

COMPENSATION AND INCENTIVES

• $100,000 Base Salary
• $2,500/Door Completion Bonus ($75,000 upside)
• 401k & Health Insurance
• TOTAL COMPENSATION POTENTIAL: $175,000+
