Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial OEM mechanical equipment, such as trucks and surface units, to ensure optimal performance and on-time delivery.
- Adhere strictly to maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance strategies using a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, parts usage, and maintenance history in compliance with Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards.
- Support and participate in ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime, increasing asset utilization, and enhancing productivity.
- Implement cost-saving projects, including planned repairs and the reuse of parts to improve cost of service delivery.
- Assist in failure investigations and provide input to enhance maintenance processes and asset turnaround times.
- Uphold a culture of continuous improvement and safety in all maintenance base activities.
