This role is critical to maintaining the reliability of our pumping equipment, ensuring it is serviced, repaired, and operating efficiently for our customers. You will gain experience in mechanical troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and repair processes in both shop and outdoor environments.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine servicing, inspection, and repair of fleet pumping equipmentDiagnose issues and identify required repairs or partsAccurately document service and repair activities on work ordersTest repaired equipment to ensure proper operationConduct preventative maintenance on shop tools and equipmentAssist with equipment preparation and staging for customer useParticipate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours repairs and supportCommunicate clearly with team members and management regarding status and needsMaintain safe, organized, and efficient working conditionsQualifications:Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills; experience with diesel engines or pumps is a plusExperience in equipment repair, maintenance, or general mechanics preferredAbility to operate a forklift; certification preferred but not requiredComfortable with documentation and paperworkAble to lift and carry up to 70 pounds, with regular standing, bending, and stoopingReliable, punctual, and safety-mindedWillingness to learn and grow in a supportive team environmentEffective communication skills, including use of radios or mobile devicesSALARY: The estimated salary range for this position is $20.00/Hr. to $24.00/Hr.
Starting pay depends on skills, experience, and work location, and may not typically be at the top of the range.
