We are looking for a Mechanic to join our team. 90% of our heavy equipment is Caterpillar, and we also run a handful of International Dump Trucks. Our current mechanics get 45+ hours per week of work.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain equipment, trucks, other motor vehicles
- Repair/Replace hydraulic hoses, motors, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance
- Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
- Some small engine work may be needed (pipe saws, chain saws, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a mechanic
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
