Forward Air is seeking a skilled Mechanic to keep our freight network running safely and efficiently. In this on-site role, you will inspect, diagnose, and repair tractors, trailers, and material-handling equipment supporting expedited LTL and intermodal operations. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, DOT inspections, and complex repairs on engines, brakes, electrical, and hydraulic systems while maintaining accurate service records.
Working in our fast-paced, safety-focused environment, you’ll collaborate with drivers and operations teams to minimize downtime and ensure reliable performance for our customers.
