Four (4) additional years of directly related Software Engineering experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirementExperience managing Agile software development workflows using Jira and GitLabExperience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologiesExperience developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using TerraformExperience implementing AWS cloud security best practices, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), network segmentation, encryption, and auditingExperience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines supporting automated testing, builds, and deploymentsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsDesired QualificationsExperience developing cloud-native or enterprise software applicationsExperience with Git-based version control and collaborative software development practicesExperience supporting AWS cloud environments and cloud-native architecturesExperience integrating Infrastructure as Code (IaC) into automated deployment pipelinesFamiliarity with DevSecOps principles and secure software development methodologiesExperience with automated testing frameworks and software quality assurance practicesExperience supporting Department of Defense or Intelligence Community software development programsKnowledge of modern software architecture, distributed systems, and microservicesExempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans.

Salary is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications.
