MDS Director (RN) – Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced MDS Director (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position for a licensed RN with a strong background in MDS coordination and compliance.
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an MDS Lead or MDS Director
- In-depth knowledge of PDPM, care planning, and RAI process
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the MDS process to ensure accuracy and timely submissions
- Lead the interdisciplinary team in developing comprehensive care plans
- Monitor reimbursement optimization under PDPM
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal documentation requirements
- Educate and support facility staff on MDS protocols
