In this role, you will oversee the MDS/RAI process, collaborate with clinical and interdisciplinary teams, and develop individualized care plans that reflect residents’ needs and preferences. You will ensure regulatory compliance, optimize PDPM accuracy, and educate staff on documentation standards, helping create safe, compassionate environments for older adults while supporting Cassia’s mission-driven culture.
