In this role, you will complete and manage MDS assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support care planning to optimize clinical outcomes and reimbursement accuracy. You’ll educate staff on MDS processes, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
