Leading the engineering and operational excellence of the enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platform, the full-time MDM Engineering Manager will manage the technology roadmap, oversee implementation and support, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Own the technology roadmap and operational health of the MDM platform, ensuring scalability and reliability Lead the implementation of MDM capabilities, APIs, and platform enhancements using Agile delivery practices Mentor and develop a geographically distributed team of MDM engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence Required qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience with enterprise Master Data Management, including hands-on experience with platforms like Informatica IDMC 2+ years of experience leading technical teams or mentoring engineers Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL for data analysis and performance tuning Experience with Agile delivery methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum
