Job TitleCircle K is looking for a BSA to join the architectural/development team supporting Data Governance and building a Master Data Management (MDM) platform using Tibco EBX.Job DutiesWork collaboratively with Data Governance team, Business partners & IT teams to analyze and solve master data issues and provide support for efficient daily operationsEngage with stakeholders to define master data matching and survivorship rules across the enterprisePartner with stakeholders to understand current and future business needs, and identify improvement opportunities; research, test, evaluate and recommend procedures to meet changing business needsCreate and maintain operating procedures and other documentation for process design, business requirements, technical requirements, etc.Provide subject matter expertise to business & other IT teams on Master Data Management (MDM) processes and conceptsPartner with IT teams to ensure accurate and timely data acquisition and distribution interfacesEssential SkillsMinimum 5 years’ experience as an MDM business systems Analyst, preferably in the retail industryWorking knowledge of industry best practices for MDM solutions (such as Informatica, Tibco EBX, Profisee, etc.)Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, data quality, data modeling, and data architecture conceptsStrong business acumen and business analyst experience to translate business goals into technical requirementsStrong knowledge of end-to-end Master Data Management practicesStrong knowledge of end-to-end data lifecycle across traditional data warehouses, relational and star-schema databases, business intelligence reporting and analytics is preferredAbility to anticipate needs and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high-volume peaks while producing high-quality workStrong communication skills: oral and written, with ability to translate complex data or technical concepts to business teams and senior management
