To support a growing data management initiative, the remote MDM Architect will focus on Master Data Management, including customer identity resolution and data governance, while working hours aligned with EST. Key responsibilities Design and implement MDM strategies, ensuring effective management of customer, contact, and company master data Develop and maintain golden records, including deduplication, matching, and merging processes Collaborate with business, data engineering, and governance teams to enhance data quality and integrity Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in MDM and data architecture Strong expertise in identity resolution using deterministic/probabilistic and fuzzy matching techniques Experience with company hierarchy and relationship modeling Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data governance Familiarity with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Spark preferred
