Powered by people, we bring over 45 years of expertise, quality, and integrity to every project, ensuring timeliness, responsiveness, and a focus on client success.Primary ResponsibilitiesStationed onsite or visits job site regularlyCollect submittals from subcontractorsPrepare submittal register and review submittalsReview, process, and send RFI's to architectReview returned RFI's and distribute to appropriate subcontractorsPractice document control by processing and filing RFI's and submittals in appropriate locationsPrepare submittal and RFI log information for OAC meeting agendaSchedule various project meetings (e.g., preconstruction meetings)Update drawings with all changes electronically (RFIs, submittals, RFPs, addenda, etc.); Link drawings using BlueBeam/CMICAssist project management staff with pay applications as neededAssist in collecting pricing from subcontractors as neededSupport scheduling of subcontractors and material deliveryComplete project closeout in an efficient and timely mannerCreate and complete Pogue Pre-PunchlistCreate and complete Architect PunchlistCollect closeout documents and prepare Closeout ManualSchedule owner trainingSupport with tracking and scheduling of warranty itemsOther tasks as assignedRequired Skills & ExpectationsTeam playerLearn and growTeachablePositive attitudeStrong communication skillsInternal and external customer serviceMinimum 20 hrs of continued education (yearly)Knowledge of hardware and software programs (PlanGrid, CMiC, etc.)Education & ExperienceBachelors degree
