So what does a member of our crew get to do?
Crew members can serve in a variety of different roles that can include being a cashier, maintaining our dining room or preparing our food. One common expectation is that each crew member can warmly greet guests with a genuine smile.
Essential duties for a Crew Member may include:
- Welcoming our guests in and thanking them for choosing McDonald's
- Preparing and serving our world class food
- Maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant
- Accepting payment from guests and making correct change
- Explaining our menu and answering questions for all guests
- Bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting (up to 25 lbs, as needed)
