MBSE Systems EngineerOdyssey is looking for an amazingly talented MBSE Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will provide senior technical and advisory assistance to the Targets Program Office by aiding in the refinement and implementation of MBSE design standards across a portfolio of products.The Missile Defense Agency's Program Director for Targets and Countermeasures oversees the design, development, manufacture, integration, and delivery of threat-representative, reliable, and cost-effective ballistic missile targets and countermeasures for the missile defense system. These targets are utilized to test, verify and validate performance of the missile defense system.

The program also executes pre- and post-test data reduction and identifies target characterization activities necessary to support the Missile Defense Agency's test objectives.ResponsibilitiesDuties include, but not limited to:Serve as designer for implementation of the Government Reference Architecture MBSE solution across the Targets Program officeAuthor process documents, develop template frameworks, and construct metric reporting methods to facilitate the execution of the MBSE solution to existing and future programsUse requirements analysis to create and maintain the (GRA) in CameoPerform and lead systems engineering duties to elicit stakeholder requirements and mission needsPerform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and toolsDefine requirements, perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and toolsAssist in requirements development and managementQualificationsCitizenship: Must be a US citizenMinimum Required QualificationsClearance: Active Secret clearanceEducation: Bachelor's degreeYears of Experience: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projectsSkills:Experience with Cameo Systems ModelerKnowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE), preferably with direct experience working DoD SystemsAbility to train others on MBSE concepts and toolsExperience with languages used for architecture modeling (i.e. DoD Architecture Framework and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF))Preferred QualificationsSkills:Familiarity with MDA programs and processesExperience with missiles, targets, missile defense systems or hypersonic weaponsHands-on experience with integrated requirements tools, such as DOORs NGExposure to MDA test events and activitiesLocation: Huntsville, AlabamaTravel: Yes, as required by the CustomerRemote, Onsite, or Hybrid: Customer site; telework authorized, subject to change at the customer's discretionCompany OverviewOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
