MBA Recruitment Director: Domestic Growth & Strategy

Washington University in St. Louis, Olin Business School, seeks a Director of Full-Time MBA & Domestic Recruitment to lead domestic recruitment for the full-time MBA program.

You will manage strategy, market positioning, and messaging while directing a two-person team and collaborating with faculty and admissions leadership. You will own the domestic recruitment lane, develop relationships with feeder schools and employers, and measure market performance.
