Serving as the primary Maximo Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME), the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst 3 will evaluate customer workflows, translate operational needs into functional requirements, and provide expert recommendations for the Maximo Enterprise Asset Management system. Key responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between the customer and the Maximo Systems Architect, translating complex operational needs into clear functional requirements Evaluate customer workflows and provide expert recommendations on functional implementation strategies and continuous improvement opportunities within the Maximo environment Assist in onboarding and conduct functional Level of Effort (LOE) evaluations for new customer onboarding and application enhancements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field 2-4 years of experience supporting Government programs, preferably with Department of Defense or Navy customers Strong background in evaluating user needs and mapping functional workflows within IBM Maximo or similar systems Proficiency with enterprise ticketing systems and functional design documentation U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
