Sittercity is seeking a patient, reliable Math Tutor for a 6th-grade student. In this part-time role, you’ll provide 1:1 support in core middle school math topics such as fractions, decimals, ratios, basic algebra, and problem-solving. You will review class material, assist with homework, prepare for quizzes and tests, and reinforce foundational skills to build confidence and independence.
The ideal tutor tailors explanations to a child’s learning style, communicates clearly with parents on progress, and uses engaging, tech-friendly methods to keep sessions interactive and motivating.
