What You'll Do
- Design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate math lessons tailored to student needs.
- Build a classroom culture centered on high expectations, respect, and college readiness .
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to analyze student data and refine instruction.
- Share best practices and continuously grow as part of a supportive teaching community.
- Maintain strong communication with families through consistent updates and conferences.
- Create a safe, organized, and inspiring classroom environment.

- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of teaching experience preferred, particularly in urban school settings.
- Valid Ohio teaching license , Substitute License, or active pursuit of licensure.
