Reading Interventionist
The Reading Interventionist is a highly qualified teacher who works specifically with small groups of students who require strategic and intensive intervention. The focus of the reading interventionist is to develop a student-centered system of intervention that effectively works to close the achievement gap in reading.
This candidate must possess a valid South Carolina Teaching certificate in English or another qualifying area. Three to five years experience teaching in an education setting is a must. Must have experience administering assessments and analyzing data to drive intervention and instruction.
