The Hospitals of Providence - East Campus in El Paso, TX, is seeking a Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician to join their expanding women's services footprint. This full-time, employed position offers a physician-sustainable practice model with in-house billing, coding, and collections, and a call structure primarily managed by phone. Practice Info
- Full-time, employed MFM position with The Hospitals of Providence - East Campus, El Paso, TX
- Daily patient census: 16 clinic patients per day plus 3-4 inpatient consults per month
- On-site equipment: ultrasound and NST
- Providence East Campus: 218-bed hospital with an 18-bed Level III NICU, 10-bed Labor & Delivery Unit, and 3 C-section rooms
- Billing, coding, and collections managed entirely in-house

- Guaranteed salary with production bonus

Shift & Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Split call: approximately 12-15 days per month; 98% manageable by phone
Requirements
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal & Fetal Medicine
- Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required
