Job Description: Shape the Future of Maternal‑Fetal Medicine in Central Iowa. MercyOne is seeking a BC/BE Maternal‑Fetal Medicine physician to join the largest MFM group in Central Iowa. Our established, collaborative team provides a full spectrum of consultative and co‑managed care for routine and high‑risk pregnancies.

Practice Details

• Team: 2 Physicians and 1 APP
• 36 patient contact hours per week, 5 days per week
• On‑call schedule: 1 in 3 nights
• Patient volume: ~30 patients per day
• Comprehensive MFM care including advanced fetal imaging, prenatal diagnosis, genetic counseling, and diabetes management (T1DM, T2DM, GDM)
• ARDMS Board Certified Sonographers
• Telehealth outreach to Mason City, Waterloo, Pella, and Newton
• EMR: EPIC

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary base: $576,576 + production
• Recruitment incentive: $100,000
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
• Annual CME allowance of $6,000
• Paid malpractice with tail coverage
• Retirement options: 403(b) with match + 457(b)
• Benefits begin day one
