Materials SupervisorOur client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Materials Supervisor to join their team. As a Materials Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations team supporting Warehouse, Production, and Supply Chain functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset that will align successfully in the organization.
Shift: Monday – Thursday (5:30AM to 3:30PM). Fridays are OT.Location: Berlin, WI Pay Range: $60,000 to $90,000 + OvertimeWhat's the Job?Lead daily materials and warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, material movement, and shipping activities.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to production areas to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.Supervise, coach, and develop team members while driving accountability, safety, and performance.Monitor and improve inventory accuracy through cycle counting, transaction management, and warehouse best practices.Partner with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality teams to resolve material issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.What's Needed?Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.2+ years of experience in materials, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain leadership.2+ years of experience leading teams, coordinating work, or developing employees.Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a manufacturing environment.What's in it for me?Opportunity to lead a critical function within a growing manufacturing operation.Collaborative work environment with cross-functional leadership exposure.Career growth and professional development opportunities.Ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
