Materials Specialist - Lincoln, NEWe are seeking a dedicated Materials Specialist to efficiently manage the flow of materials within our facility. This role involves handling, organizing, and maintaining materials to ensure smooth operations and support for our team.ResponsibilitiesUnload materials as they arrive and safely move them into the appropriate storage areas.Check in, label, and organize incoming materials.Operate saws and other equipment to cut materials according to shop needs.Maintain accurate inventory and keep all materials clean, organized, and easily accessible.Assist with other shop projects, tasks, and general duties as needed.Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.Skills & QualificationsExperience with inventory management.Proficiency in material handling using equipment like forklifts.Capability in shipping and receiving operations.Skill in operating saws and similar equipment.Experience with RF scanners and inventory control systems.6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.6 months in a warehouse role.Forklift experience is preferred but training can be provided.Why Work Here?Join a team that values safety, organization, and efficiency.
