Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain materials schedules, inventory positions, and product costs for stakeholders
- Schedule direct materials and components from suppliers to meet production requirements and safety stock levels
- Reconcile supply non-conformances and manage product returns and replanning
- Escalate supplier capacity and performance issues to sourcing and commodity management teams
- Maintain planning system integrity, establish standard costs, and support operational metrics reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related field preferred
- 3+ years supply chain, planning, or project management experience strongly preferred
- Supplier collaboration and purchasing experience required
- Knowledge of supply chain planning, purchasing, and accounting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with medical devices preferred
- ERP system experience preferred
